This type of container is produced using modern screw system technology without welding. They are fully produced in the factory, then assembled or disassembled according to preference and delivered to the desired location. Detachable or flat-packed containers are manufactured in accordance with international land, sea, and iron transportation standards, providing the advantage of saving transportation costs. Flat packaging containers can meet needs in different locations, such as worker camps.
They are highly preferred because they can be easily disassembled, relocated, and quickly reassembled. These detachable containers are mainly used in construction site projects, oil and gas exploration sites, road construction sites, and airport construction sites. They can form buildings by connecting units together to function as dormitories, cafeterias, administrative offices, shelters, and sanitary facilities.
Consists of 4 parts: steel ceiling + roof purlins + glass wool insulation material + roof steel sheet. It includes 4 large water gutters to store rainwater which flows naturally through drainpipes located in each column.
Composed of heavy-duty purlins, fireproof MGO board, and durable PVC floor leather for a clean and safe finish.
Standard rockwool sandwich panels provide excellent fire resistance. The frame is made of 2.3mm galvanized steel, surface spray-treated after polishing for double protection against corrosion.
Features steel doors with composite wood filling for strength and fire resistance, and PVC steel sliding double glass windows with security bars. Complete with full electrical systems, internal skirting, and sealing components.
