The Model 321 bridge is a through-type steel truss bridge utilizing a Warren (double-Warren/K-type) truss configuration. The truss units are fabricated with No. 10 channel steel for chords and No. 8 channel steel for diagonal members. With a connection module length of 3000mm and height of 1400mm, all components are factory-prepared and secured on-site using specialized Bailey pins.

Bracing System: Features wind ties and vertical struts integrated with floor beams for maximum lateral stability.
Deck System: Composed of 28A I-beam floor beams and high-durability steel deck panels (standard dimensions: 2996×900×110 mm). Panels are secured using U-bolts to movable nuts for ease of installation and replacement.

Our manufacturing process complies with international standards for "Fabricated Highway Steel Bridge Manufacturing" (JT/T 728-2008). Every component, from top chords to stringers and bracing systems, undergoes rigorous quality control before site delivery.

Steel truss girder components are typically shipped as loose items on flatbed trailers or securely fastened in containers. Small components like bearings, bolts, and drift pins are packed in reinforced boxes to prevent loss during international transit.
