The container house is designed and developed according to the standard size of shipping containers. Transportation is designed in accordance with a standard ISO shipping container. The corner casting structure enables lifting capability utilizing a crane in the same manner as a standard ISO shipping container.

Flat Pack Container dimensions are 6.055m*2.435m*2.896m, utilizing EPS/IEPS/Rock wool sandwich panels for walls and Glass wool for the roof. A team of 6 workers can install 1 unit in just 2 hours. Units can stack up to 3 floors. The electrical system is integrated into the ceiling, including DB, breaker, power inlet, lights, sockets, and switches. A total-sealed-top and corner-draining system ensures no water leakage.
